Week 10 Start/Sit – TNF Edition

Posted: November 5, 2014 in Uncategorized

Week 10 starts Thursday in matchup that nobody outside of the state of Ohio really wants to see. I kid, they’re each 5-2, so that’s something. Anyways, I’m still a fan of not having to wait until Sunday for some fantasy points, so I suppose I’ll allow them to keep playing these Thursday games. You’re welcome, NFL.

Browns @ Bengals

Terrance West, RB
He looked solid last weekend, has earned more carries (according to his coach), and faces a generous-to-the-run Cincy defense. Start him if you’ve got someone on a bye or just find yourself short on other options.
Miles Austin, WR
Austin has been pretty so-so in terms of receptions lately, but it seems as though Andrew Hawkins will be missing this game and Cleveland will have to throw it to somebody.

Brian Hoyer, QB
Cincy’s is pretty solid when it comes to allowing fantasy points to QBs. I would avoid him if I could. What? It’s a bye week and there are no other QBs available? Kyle Orton and *cough cough* Michael Vick are offended.

Jeremy Hill, RB
The Browns, much like their opponent, have a very tough time stopping running backs. Also, Jeremy Hill set the world on fire last week. Feel safe to use him again this week as Gio Bernard should either be inactive or limited.
Mohamed Sanu, WR
It doesn’t matter if he’s the #1 or the #2, he’s going to get stats. I actually think AJ Green’s return will help Sanu as coverage will roll to cover AJ and Mohamed will roll into the end zone with the pigskin.

Andy Dalton, QB
He’s going to have weapons and it’s a weak defense, but really, you’ve got to have better options at the QB position. He’s a fantastic play if your league gives points for games managed, however. Go pick up Kyle Orton, would ya?

As usual, if you don’t see your guys on this list, hit me up on twitter @waiverwagon and I’ll be happy to guess on your behalf so that you’ll have someone else to blame! Wink Wink, Smiley Face.
